Refund & Return Policy

Here at Dianne’s Beautification Touch we devoted ourselves in providing you premium quality Divinely DBT Royal Hair extensions and provide exceptional service. Our goal is to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. We strive to provide expert guidance to help you choose the best possible product and services for your needs.

For considering a return of hair the hair has to be in its original packaging. The packaging must not be open, torn or defaced or altered in any way. We only accept returns on extensions if it is the result of our error, and can not been opened, worn, or tampered. Photos and videos of the package of hair and of the package being picked up by a courier must be sent to divinelydbtroyalhair@gmail.com with a time and date stamp on the video and picture. If the package is opened even if in the event of the wrong length or texture accidentally being sent out, which have never happened yet, a refund will not be accepted. 

 

A copy of your invoice must accompany your return/exchange to facilitate tracking of your returned product and to expedite your refund.Please send photo and video that is date and time stamped of the item prior to sending out.

 

Here at Divinely DBT Royal Hair we take pride in selecting quality hair. If for some reason you decide to change your mind after shopping around or change your mind returns will not be accepted. Above and below stated are reasons for returns.

 

Returns must be made within 7 business days at the buyers expense after receiving the hair.  We will not be responsible for shipping expenses.

 

Customer is responsible for all return freight charges, including duty and tax, if applicable. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable carrier. Most major carriers offer tracking information.

 

We will accept all returns if its a result that occurred in our error and your’e exchanging the item you ordered (i.e received the wrong length or texture packaging error). If you decide to exchange the hair instead of receiving the item or product that you was to get in the beginning you will be accountable for a $25 USD restocking fee and is held accountable for shipping. 

Exchange must be for the same value or a fee will occur for the difference in price.  Refunds are for the product price at the time of purchase only and Postage is non-refundable. Please beware that due to health and safety measures we will NOT accept any used/worn or tempered product.
