We thank you for booking with Dianne’s Beautification Touch Hair & Medi Day Spa. Your appointments are very important to our team, and it is time that is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations.
STRICT AND ENFORCED 24 HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY!
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.
When booking for Hair Services, Makeup Services, Beauty Services, Medical Aesthetic Services and Spa Services:
-Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount
– “ NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount
-Appointments made within the 24 hour period must be cancelled 4 hours prior to appointment time or will result in a 50% reserved service charge
-Any multiple services or combos must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or combos not cancelled within the 24 hour time period will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount
-It is the responsibility of the guest who’s credit card is on file for cancellation of all multiple or combo services booked. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in 100% of reserved service amount charged to your credit card.
The Cancellation policy allows us time inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keep our DBT team members schedules filled, thus better serving everyone.
