Q. What does virgin hair mean?

A. Virgin hair means the hair has been through no chemical process

Q. Where does the hair come from?

A. Indian hair, Chinese Hair, Cambodian hair, Burmese hair…all different Asian countries hair.

Q. What does remy mean?

A. Remy means the cuticle is going in the same direction

Q. How do we collect our own hair?

A. Our manufacturer has their own team to collect the healthy hair, and their own donors, Our manufacturer sign contract with some sites and they will be the only one can cut hair directly, so they do weekly or monthly sites visit to make sure hair is healthy.

Q. How do we put hair?

A. We usually put donors hair same color together, or per requested by customers we use only one donor hair to make weft, some one donor hair is one color, some one donor hair have little brown and dark brown, it all depends on customers what they want.

Q. How do we do fabrication?

A. After we clean the hair, we use three drawn machines to make Double Weft to make sure no shedding no tangling.

Q. How do we sanitize the hair?

A. We Rinse the hair with hot water and High-quality vinegar, Please note the Vinegar normally used in Hospital to disinfect, and then comb the hair at least 20 times before the sanitizations is completed. Then after that, we wash the hair again by clean water.  So in this way all cuticle are Intact and full on the hair.

Q. How fast is shipping?

A. We usually do express shipping which should reach or customer within 3-5 days.
